The short version. You don't need an account. We don't ask who you are, we don't show ads, and we never sell your information or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
We count anonymous usage (which language was read, roughly which country) so we know where the tract is being used, and we read what you send us if you use the feedback form.

Evangelism Down Under Ltd. is the data controller for the information described below. The tract artwork is © Cedric Hohnstadt and is used with permission; the animated videos are © Living Waters and are played from their official YouTube channel.
When you open the app or use a feature, we record an event. We use this only to understand how and where the tract is being read. Each event includes:
We do not store your IP address alongside these statistics — it is used momentarily to derive the approximate location above, and then discarded.
If you use “Report a problem”, we receive the name, email address, subject and description you type, plus the language and page you were viewing and your approximate country, so we can understand and reply to the report. Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else — we will not add you to any mailing list.
To prevent abuse of that form, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself.
The app saves your chosen language and downloads tract pages so they work offline. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics, advertising or tracking service. The usage statistics described above are collected by us, stored on our own Cloudflare infrastructure, and shared with no one.
Following a link to another site — such as a shop selling printed copies, or freecartoontract.com — takes you outside our control, and that site's own privacy policy applies.
Where the UK/EU GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on our legitimate interests in understanding how the tract is used and keeping the service working and free from abuse — which is why the usage statistics are kept anonymous. Where you send us feedback, we rely on the information you have voluntarily provided to us in order to respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your personal information, or to complain to a data protection authority. In Australia that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC); elsewhere it is your local authority. Email info@evangelism.com.au and we'll help.
Please note: because the usage statistics are anonymous and contain no identifier tied to you, we generally cannot locate or remove an individual's records from them. We can, however, delete any feedback message you have sent us.
This is a cartoon tract and may be read by children. It contains no ads, no accounts, no chat and no behavioural profiling, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only place personal details can be entered is the feedback form — children should ask a parent or guardian before using it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and the information we hold is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with access limited to those who maintain the app. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we deliberately collect as little as possible — which is the best protection we can offer you.
The app is served worldwide from Cloudflare's global network, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.
We are based in Australia, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the privacy laws of your own country.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
